Janice Page has more than 30 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to starting her own practice in 1987, which she merged with Ball Baker Leake in 1999, she held positions as senior accountant in the auditing department of KPMG Peat Marwick, senior accountant in the personal services department of EisnerAmper LLP and Director of Finance of Japan Society, Inc.
At Ball Baker Leake, Janice leads audits for non-profit organizations, designs and installs Quickbooks accounting systems, advises small businesses and start-up companies and individuals on tax and financial matters and also specializes in estate and trust taxation and divorce planning. She has also been the federal court appointed accountant in various class action lawsuits and in local litigation.
For 18 years, Janice co-lead, a monthly workshop at The Service Fund of the National Organziation of Women on the Legal, Tax and Financial Issues of Divorce. This session, open to all, advises on one's rights in the divorce process, how to prepare for divorce and the financial and tax issues one must be aware of during the divorce process.
